Agencies will often engage our project managers to help oversee the implementation of complicated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) or Records Management System (RMS) installations. In this role, we act as the Agency's advocate - ensuring that promised deliverable have been met and coordinating installation, training and ongoing support. RFI/RFQ/RFP Development
